Booking and Cancelation Policy.

Booking Policy

- All services are by appointment only.

- Appointments can be booked online or via a phone call.

- All new medical massage clients are required to book the medical massage first-time consultation and evaluation.

- All services require a 50% service fee upon booking. This is applied to your service at checkout. 

Cancelation Policy 

-  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of the service fee, minus a 10% processing fee. 

- Refunds will not be issued for cancelations or scheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment. 

- Each client is allotted two cancelation and rescheduling opportunities per month. Exceeding this limit will result in placement on a pending list due to time slot availability.
